Submit this request by adding it to shopping cart, then check out like ordering a regular product. There will be no shipping charge, no payment required when process the check out.

For same item ,  if you have more than 1  to return, just
enter Quantity.

For each different item, add a different Return Request to shopping cart, then check out together.

If the requested return adheres to our Return Policies, our customer service representatives will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #)and email this to you along with further instructions for returning the product.

Return requests are answered 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. West Coast Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Response time varies depending upon the volume of requests received.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandises back to BiX International Inc for warranty service.

Customers located outside United States are also responsible for the cost of shipping repaired or replaced merchandises back to customers.

All refund returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date and items are return allowed according to our return policies. Refund returns must be in as-new condition, including the original box and all other original packaging, manuals and accessories. BiX  International, Inc.  will not refund any original shipping charges associated with returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to be returned to BiX International, Inc.  and is responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping. 10% ~ 20% restock fee may be charged depending on returned product condition.
